TokenBinge is a free personal-use service for understanding token counters, creating a public profile if you choose, and publishing cards. These terms set the rules for using it.
TokenBinge currently connects to personal OpenAI accounts. The optional Windows Relay can stay quietly in the notification area and regularly send private model and cache details from local Codex counters. Other sign-in methods, price integrations and Google Analytics remain paused.

01Eligibility and your account
You may create a personal TokenBinge account with a verified email and password, an email link, Google, or OpenAI, and may attach more than one sign-in method to the same account. Connecting an AI service is optional; if you connect OpenAI, use only a personal OpenAI account that belongs to you and that you are entitled to use. Known business, team, education, and enterprise plans are refused, and you must follow the terms that apply to each connected provider. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age in your country; if you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
02What the service does
TokenBinge imports available usage counters from OpenAI when you connect it and from the local collector. The collector is required to add usage to an email-only account and optional when OpenAI is connected. The service stores counters for charts, estimates public API list-price equivalents for matched models, and lets you choose whether to publish a public profile or card. When you opt in, the ordinary leaderboard uses reported usage across all collector tools when available; otherwise it uses the official OpenAI counter. It never adds the two totals, and labels the provenance Reported or Official. The model leaderboard remains based on reported collector totals, and collector-based cards are labelled as reported. TokenBinge is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI (Kimi), Mistral AI, xAI, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, or LiteLLM.
03Keep access links private
Email verification, recovery and passwordless sign-in links are private, single-use and expire after 15 minutes. Google and OpenAI sign-in happen on their official pages. Keep your password and authentication links private. Relay program bytes are generic. On first installation, the download name carries a one-use connection code that expires after 10 minutes; Relay consumes it automatically and stores a separate 256-bit credential on that device. Later updates reuse that stored identity and keep the computer's settings. Never share a prepared download link or device credential, and revoke a device from your account if it may be compromised.
04Your content and publication licence
You retain your rights in the names, images, links, projects, and card content you provide and remain responsible for having permission to use them. When you publish, you give JoDevelop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, cache, and display that content only to operate and promote the chosen profile, ranking, card, and link preview. The licence ends when the content is removed, subject to normal cache delays.
05Acceptable use
Do not impersonate anyone; publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or private third-party material; falsify usage; inflate rankings, views, or clicks; probe or bypass security and rate limits; interfere with the service; or use a collector or price API key that is not yours. JoDevelop may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms.
06Figures and estimates are informational
Usage depends on what OpenAI and local tool logs make available and may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, reclassified, or unavailable. Price estimates use stored public API list-rate observations when a reported model can be matched. The provider shown is an assumed pricing reference inferred from the model or, provided no observed model conflicts with that attribution, from a Codex, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI source. Source-based attribution remains inferred: it identifies neither the route that actually ran the request nor the party that billed it. Price tracking starts on 10 August 2026: each first observed lifetime counter is valued once at the stored rate then available. Later positive increases in cumulative model counters are valued and frozen at the rate observed when each report arrives, then aggregated; TokenBinge does not reconstruct exact model costs by usage day. Local Ollama usage remains counted in tokens but receives no amount: without an explicitly reported remote provider, TokenBinge does not map a local model to a same-named cloud offer. Other unmatched usage also remains unpriced and reduces coverage; TokenBinge does not invent a cost. Displayed amounts are public API list-price equivalents, not bills or prices actually paid, and may not match subscriptions, discounts, credits, taxes, or provider invoices. Do not rely on TokenBinge for billing, accounting, legal reporting, or another important decision.
07Availability and responsibility
The service is offered free of charge and may change, pause, or end. JoDevelop does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent third-party integrations, or error-free figures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, JoDevelop is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable or inaccurate informational figures.
08Sign-out, deletion, and suspension
Signing out revokes only the session on that browser; your account, public choices, sign-in methods, and connected AI services stay in place. Requesting deletion revokes outstanding authentication attempts and provider credentials, unpublishes the profile immediately, and starts a 30-day recovery period; verified sign-in during it restores the account. Final erasure then removes the account, authentication methods, history, images, counters, and cards. JoDevelop may suspend access or remove public material sooner where needed to stop abuse, address a security risk, or comply with law.
09Ownership, law, and changes
TokenBinge's software, design, name, and branding belong to JoDevelop; third-party names and marks belong to their owners. These terms are governed by French law, without taking away any mandatory protection or court available to you under the law of your country. Material changes will be dated on this page and apply going forward; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and request deletion. The privacy page explains personal-data processing.
